2. Who is Covered: The privacy policy applies to all participants, both current and former. Any changes to our policies that expand information sharing will be communicated in advance.

3. Information Gathering: As part of delivering mortgage training, we collect information through our website or in-person interactions.

4. Information Sharing: We do not share participant information with any company for marketing purposes without explicit authorization. Information may be shared within our corporate family.

Additional Information:

• Effective Date: The privacy policy is effective from June 6, 2022. NMLS now requires students attending webinars to have a working webcam, and visibility from the shoulders up throughout the course.

• Textbooks: All textbooks and reference materials are provided online unless a hardcopy is requested.

• Refund Policy: No refunds are granted for live/webinar PE/CE courses after 48 hours from the time of purchase. Course exchanges are available within this timeframe.

• Course Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed up to 48 hours from the time of purchase. No refunds are issued for completed courses and textbooks.
