Policy
Enrollment and Registration Students may enroll online, via email, or via phone. Students may register 4 days prior to class date. Avionce reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be contacted by telephone or email to reschedule the class. Students can remit for full refund or can obtain credit for future date. Withdrawal Policy The Avionce Institute of Mortgage Training makes every effort to assure a quality learning experience. If you choose to withdraw from a course, please notify us in writing (via email or phone), before 5 p.m., 2 days prior to the class start date. A full refund will be issued, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after this date after 5 p.m. When withdrawal takes place after the refund period has elapsed, the student may reschedule a new class date. Failure to attend class or stopping payment on a check does not constitute withdrawal. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks and stop payments. All withdrawals must be submitted in writing and can be submitted by emailing avionce@bellsouth.net or by completing the form at the bottom of this web page. Class Cancellations If we cancel a course for which you are registered, you are eligible for transfer to another course or a refund. Course Transfer You may transfer a course once, within the guidelines of the withdrawal policy. If you fail to attend the class that you transferred to, you forfeit the full course tuition. Refunds All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, with the exception of a cash payment, which will be refunded by a check. Please allow up to four weeks to receive a refund check.
