Doris Crosby is the founder and director of Avionce Institute of Mortgage Training. She has worked in the mortgage industry for the past 27 years as a conventional, FHA, and VA underwriter, wholesale lender, and a faculty member of Fannie Mae. Doris is a consultant, instructor, and trainer for Avionce Institute of Mortgage Training. Her professional client list includes Countrywide Lending, Fannie Mae, and the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.

Doris has extensive mortgage industry experience and directs a staff of trained professionals to serve the metro Atlanta area and a nationwide client base.

Geoffrey Burns is a seasoned corporate trainer in the mortgage industry. Geoffrey's training skills span a vast range of mortgage topics: entry-level mortgage principals, self-employed tax return analysis, appraisals, fraud prevention, skills assessment, and underwriting. His expertise and professional training techniques are influential in producing optimum learning experiences.

Geoffrey has been active in the mortgage industry since 1996. Geoffrey held positions as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter, Technical Training Developer, and Personal Banker. Geoffrey graduated from New York State University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Darlene Cerami has been in the mortgage industry since 1976. Darlene owned her own mortgage company for ten years. To train her staff, she developed employee handbooks, quality control plans, policy manuals, procedure manuals, and loan officer origination manuals. She specializes in processing conventional, FHA, VA and subprime loans. She is a Certified Instructor for First Time Homebuyers. Darlene has been a member of the Association of Professional Mortgage Women for 20 years.

Gail Thomas has worked in the mortgage industry for 23 years. She has been a closing attorney for 9 years. She works extensively with conventional, government, non-conforming, and commercial loans.
