Doris Crosby

Doris Crosby is the Founder of Avionce Mortgage Consulting Services, in the industry for the past 30 years, Doris has served as Mortgage Trainer, FHA, VA and Conventional Underwriter, Investor Reporter, Loan Originator and Compliance manager.  Doris owned and operated her own mortgage company for ten years in California and presently trains large and small companies.  Doris expertise includes development and implementation of training for the staff.

Robert Crosby

Robert Crosby is the Director of Development and Founder of Avionce Mortgage. Robert has over 20 years experience in marketing management, loan origination and has held a variety of corporate positions, including vice president.  Robert previously has owned and operate his owned mortgage company. Robert has assisted many mortgage companies in loan origination staff acquisitions.

Darlene Cerami

Darlene Cerami has been in the industry for the last 34 years.  Darlene has worked as an owner operator of her own mortgage company for the last 25 years.  Along with her array of experience as a processor, broker and lead instructor she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the institution.

Sherry Upp

Sherry Upp Founder of MCSI a Mortgage compliance company.  Sherry has been in the mortgage industry for the last 35 years.  Proficient in underwriting all types of residential mortgage loans, with full working knowledge and understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA and Non Conventional lending guidelines,

Patrick Upp

Patrick Upp top-performing, hands-on manager with 30+ years of professional experience with broad-based accounting and financial practice, extensive lending experience in both commercial and residential lending, and strong operational and management qualifications.
